Any order cancellations will incur a 10% fee, due to fees we are charged once order has been processed through eftpos or Afterpay etc.

Auckland : We offer $8.50 flat rate shipping and Free Shipping for orders $100* and above (Excludes furniture) 

Furniture and larger items: $80 delivery for around Auckland. Furniture orders have a 5-7 business day processing time, please note if ready any sooner we will contact you sooner. Once your order is ready, we will contact you with estimate for delivery.

Rest of New Zealand - We offer $8.50 flat rate shipping and Free Shipping for orders $100* and above. Excluding Furniture, please see below rates for furniture deliveries.

Furniture is not currently available for overseas shipping.

We offer $25 flat rate shipping and Free Shipping for orders $250 and above. Please note if the order is over 3 kg we will contact you to give you a discounted rate for shipping. 

Please note, all orders over $1000 Australian dollars will be required to pay GST to the Australian government. Once it arrives in country or in transit you will be contacted to pay the GST of approximately 10%. Please note this payment is at your cost.  

WORLDWIDE 

NZ Post Shipping

We offer $40 flat rate shipping. Please note if the order is over 2.5 kg we will contact you to give you a discounted rate for shipping. 

Please note all orders over $1000 approximately or less depending on country, will be required to pay GST to the government. Once it arrives in country or in transit you will be contacted to pay the GST of approximately 10%. Please note this payment is at your cost. 

YOUR COURIER NOTIFICATIONS AND HOW THEY WORK

• We'll send you a tracking number once everything is all packed up ready to go. That number won't work until the courier has collected
• When your courier picks up your goodies, they'll scan that tracking number and from then, you'll be able to track your parcel as it wings its way to you!
• Any problems at all, just let us know. We're here to help.

International customers (outside of NZ) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

 All items purchased from Garden of Edyn are carefully checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.

For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us through email at hello@gardenofedyncollection.com within 24 hours of your receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Garden of Edyn.
